As a general rule, wash on a gentle cycle in cold water with similar colors, or hand wash delicate fabrics. Do not bleach or tumble dry — lay flat or hang to dry, away from direct sunlight and heat. If needed, iron at a low temperature on the reverse side.
For coats, padded jackets, leather and faux leather pieces, spot clean or dry clean only, and store them on a wide hanger to keep their shape.

How do I know which size to choose?
Every product page includes a size chart — just tap Size chart below the size options. All measurements are body measurements, so compare them with your own bust, waist and hips (or chest for men’s styles).

How long will it take for my order to arrive?
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 working days. Once dispatched, delivery takes between 7 and 12 working days within the United States. You will receive an email with the tracking number as soon as your order has been dispatched.
Can I return a product if I don’t like it or if it doesn’t fit?
Yes. You have 30 calendar days from delivery to request a return. Items must be unworn, unwashed and unused, with the original packaging and tags intact. For hygiene reasons, lingerie, swimwear and bodysuits can’t be returned. You can find all the details in our Refund Policy.
