At John and Mary California, operated by Zynora LLC, we are committed to processing your orders efficiently and transparently. We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United States — no minimum purchase required. Please read the information below carefully before placing your order.
Shipping Destination
We currently ship exclusively within the United States, including the 48 contiguous states, Alaska, and Hawaii. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses at this time.
Order Cut-Off Time
Orders placed before 5:00 PM (PST/PDT), Monday through Friday, are eligible for same-day processing. Orders received after this time, or on weekends and holidays, will be processed the next available business day.
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after purchase confirmation. Orders placed on weekdays are typically processed the same day or the following business day. Orders placed Friday evening or over the weekend are processed the following Monday.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information as soon as your order has shipped.
Delivery Timeframes
The estimated delivery time for orders shipped within the United States is as follows:
Standard Shipping (Free) — Processing: 1–3 business days — Transit: 6–9 business days
Estimated total delivery time: 7–12 business days from order date.
Please note that these are estimates, not guarantees. Actual delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, high-demand periods, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Shipping Costs
Free standard shipping is available on all orders shipped within the United States, with no minimum. The applicable shipping rate will always be clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase. John and Mary California reserves the right to change shipping rates at any time.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. Tracking information typically becomes active within 2–3 business days after shipment. You can track the status of your order directly on our order tracking page.

How to Place an Order
1. Browse our collection and add your desired item(s) to your cart.
2. Review your cart and click "Checkout."
3. Enter your shipping address and click "Continue to Shipping."
4. Review your address details and click "Continue to Payment."
5. Select your preferred payment method and complete your order.
6. You will receive an order confirmation email once payment is successfully processed.

All transactions are processed in US dollars (USD).
Address Changes
If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, contact us immediately at info@johnandmarycalifornia.com. Address changes can only be accommodated within 1 hour of placing your order and before it enters processing.
Once an order has shipped, we are unable to redirect or modify the shipping address. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, a 15% re-shipment fee based on the total order amount may apply.
Customs Duties & Import Taxes
For orders shipped within the United States, no customs duties or import taxes apply. All prices displayed at checkout are final — no additional fees are charged upon delivery.
